Appointment Confirmation:

   All entertainment bookings are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been paid and the client's identity has been verified.



   To secure a booking, a refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process and must be paid within the specified timeframe to secure the appointment.


Payment Method:

   The deposit can be paid through a designated secure payment gateway provided by the entertainment service. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.


Identity Verification:

   As part of the booking process, the client must undergo identity verification. This may include providing valid identification documents or any other information deemed necessary to ensure the legitimacy of the booking.


Cancellation Policy:

   Once the deposit is paid and the appointment is confirmed, our cancellation policy will be in effect. Cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be outlined during the booking process.



   Clients may request to reschedule their appointment, subject to availability and adherence to the rescheduling policy. Rescheduling requests must be made within the specified timeframe, and additional fees may apply.



   The deposit is non refundable except in cases where the entertainment service is unable to fulfill the booking for reasons beyond their control. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.


Changes by the Entertainment Service:

   In the rare event that the entertainment service needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment, the client will be promptly notified, and alternative arrangements will be made or a full refund provided.


Code of Conduct:

   Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior during the appointment. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the service without a refund.


Age Restriction:

   Secret Dream Date does have an age restriction of minimum (21) years old. Clients must adhere to any specified age requirements to participate in the booking.


By proceeding with the entertainment booking process, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Cancellation Policy for Entertainment Business: (Part 2)


1.Cancellation by the Client:

   1.1. Cancellations made more than (1) day prior to the scheduled event will not receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made.

   1.2. Cancellations made within the same day of the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the deposit or payment made, unless otherwise specified.


2.Cancellation by the Entertainment Business:

   2.1. In the unlikely event that we, the entertainment business, need to cancel the scheduled event, a full refund of any deposit or payment made will be provided to the client.

   2.2. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event in situations where events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, make it impossible to fulfill the booking.


3.Changes to the Event:

   3.1. If the client needs to make changes to the event details (e.g., date, time, location) after booking confirmation, we will make every effort to accommodate the changes, subject to availability.

   3.2. Any changes to the event details must be communicated to us in writing and may result in additional charges or fees.


4. Failure to Attend:

   4.1. If the client fails to attend the scheduled event without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.


5. Force Majeure:

   5.1. In situations where events are beyond both parties' control (e.g., acts of God, war, terrorism, extreme weather conditions), neither party shall be held liable for non-performance, and the cancellation policy may not apply.


6. Refund Processing:

   6.1. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same method as the original payment.

   6.2. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider, and the client should allow for a reasonable period for the refund to be completed.


7. Communication:

   7.1. All cancellations and related inquiries must be made in writing via email or other means of written communication.
